TSTSP Project

The TSTSP (Technical Support & Training Service Provider) project is one of the imperative project of the eGram Vishwa Gram Society started by the Government of Gujarat to help rural citizen of Gujarat. The TSTSP project is a feather in the cap for Bluemax. Bluemax has joined hands with HCL Services Ltd as a consortium partner for the TSTSP Project, which is essentially for the eGram Vishwa Gram Society, Department of Panchayat and Government of Gujarat.

By joining hands with HCL, Bluemax is proudly taking care of around 9773 e-Gram villages with 408 IT manpower across 23 districts under this project. Our team delivers splendid and illustrious technical support services, software support services, training services, performance reporting /management information services and monitoring of internet connectivity.


In 2007, we started with 5 districts (Mehsana, Patan, Banashkantha, Sabarkantha, Ahmedabad). We have delivered the valuable services to TSTSP Project and in returns, Year 2010 we have been allocated with 4 more districts Gandhinagar, Surendranagar, Bhavnagar, Kutch so we served a total of 9 Districts till 2013. In 2014, with the dedication of services and no complaints, we are able to take these numbers to 19 Districts. (9+, Baroda, Bharuch, Surat, Tapi, Narmada, Valsad, Rajkot, Porbandar, Navsari, Dang).


The elemental objective of the e-Gram Vishwagram project is to bridge the digital divide between rural and urban areas. It is anticipated towards prosperity and sustainable development in rural Gujarat. The stakeholders of the e-Gram include citizens, village computer entrepreneurs, government officials, e-Gram Vishwagram society, technical support and training staff and ICT partners.

Some of the services offered by the e-Gram centers include;

Issuance of birth certificates Collection of electricity bills
Conducting cyber teaching classes Submission and distribution of ITI admission forms
DTH & mobile recharging Registration of farmers through the iKisan portal
DTP work Services related to insurance and online education

The core responsibilities for Technical Support & Training Service Provider are to provide technical support for hardware and software related glitches, to provide training services to the Village Computer Entrepreneur and to assist the eGram Center in rolling out of G2C & B2C Services.
