The Government of Gujarat had this vision to digitalize the District and Taluka Panchayat Offices. By the DDO Manpower project, that vision reached 33 Disctrict and 248 Taluka, Panchayat offices. Bluemax appointed an e-Panchayat coordinator and MIS executives to provide IT support in the District and Taluka Panchayat Offices.
Main Scope of Work
- They will have to type letters, file notings, scan, prepare monthly reports of different schemes related to the office.
- By the end of the month, they will have to prepare Taluka eServices Patrak of eGram Project related to eServices.
- They will have to enter the necessary data regarding special time bound programs of the government or departments like Gram Sabha, Garib Kalyan Mela, Samay Dan, Krushi Mahotsav etc.
- They will have to regularly keep checking and also update the official email account.
- They will have to follow all the instructions given by the concerned authorities under the National e-Governance Mission Mode Project “ e-Panchayat”.
- They must be familiar with the video conference process and must be well versed in operating.
